About Declutter Duo
Declutter Duo is a professional decluttering and home organising service founded by Claire and Sissi, two long-term friends who understand how overwhelming modern life and homes can become.
With over 10 years of friendship and shared family life, we created Declutter Duo to offer non-judgemental, practical decluttering support to individuals and families in our community who are capable, busy, and exhausted and who need help with the bigger, more mentally demanding tasks at home.
Decluttering is often misunderstood as a motivation issue or a sign of laziness. We know this isn’t true.
In our experience, clutter builds up because of:
mental overload
fatigue and burnout
overwhelm and decision fatigue
physical health issues, ageing and mobility
responsibility falling on one person in the household
These challenges affect many people, families juggling work and family life, individuals caring for relatives, people who live on their own, health issues and mobility or anyone affected by a major life transitions. Declutter Duo exists to provide independent decluttering support that removes shame and replaces it with clarity, confidence, and teamwork.

We offer hands-on decluttering and home organisation services, supporting both sentimental and non-sentimental decision-making. Our approach is practical, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Our Work
No two people – or spaces – are the same, so we never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything we offer is tailored to you, your lifestyle, and what you actually need.
